Get started with our Introduction offer of Three Personal Sessions and two Small Group for $249, normally $365 at casual rates. 

Over the course of the five sessions using various studio equipment you'll start to learn the basic Pilates exercises.

What you'll learn.

Our Intro Special is designed for us to get to know you, and you to know us.
Using various pieces of Pilates apparatus we get to see your strengths, what is less stable, what areas need stretching and what areas need stability.

Personal Pilates using apparatus and floor work

We will run you through the basic Pilates system across a range of apparatus, the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels ensuring you become comfortable with the apparatus and familiar with the Pilates Principles and basic routine. You will start to learn the 100, Leg Circles, Rolling Like a Ball, Footwork, Frogs and Circles, Stomach Massage Series, Short Box Series just to name a few.

Progressing to a group SESSION

Once you have become familiar with the basics we move you to an appropriate Small Group Session. We look for a session that will work for you both in terms of your body, and your timetable. At times we opt for keeping people in a few extra Personal Sessions, at no extra cost, we prefer to get it right.

Introduction offer.

We'll start with 3 Personal Sessions building up core strength and knowledge. Then join 2 Small Group Sessions with a maximum of 4 people.

Personal Sessions can be booked when taking up the offer and group sessions times are worked out together.
