I am an officer worker and live on a lifestyle block
I needed to stretch my body out and become stronger. I was a "constant quitter" in that I would join a gym and then at the first break in routine I would give up. There is so much variety in Pilates and it constantly challenges me as I progress so it has kept me motivated.
I started back in 2016
Group sessions twice a week
I have more balance and I am stronger. It has allowed me to do practical things I would never have been able to achieve. Like planting 50 Camelia bushes in one day, or digging a grave for my poor dead pet sheep 1.5 metres deep and 2 metres long!
Stephen is fun and makes challenging exercises fun. The exercises and the reason we are doing them is explain very well so I feel like I am learning how to do each movement properly.
I love Long Spine and when we finish a session with a bit of roller work.
