It has given me core strength, which has dramatically helped my back. I haven't been to Osteopath since I started Pilates, and I used to visit regularly.
It's the instructors! We can have a great laugh, but we are also kept a watch on to make sure we are doing the exercise correctly and safely. We are always asked of any medical problems and exercise is catered to your problem.
Probably not as we get a huge variety and they are all beneficial!
Using pole above my head. It really works my shoulders hard.
